If you’re looking for a birthday party that’s a little less "pass the parcel" and a lot more "pass the foam pit," Wickers Gymnastics Club has you covered. Because let’s face it, kids love to run, jump, and climb, and what better place to let them do just that than in a fully equipped gymnastics facility?
Here’s why a Wickers party will have your little one flipping for joy (pun absolutely intended).
Exclusive Use of the Gym
For 1.5 hours, the entire gym is yours. That’s right, exclusive use of all our exciting equipment, from trampettes to soft play climbing activities, and of course, our famous foam pit. It’s like a dream playground come true—minus the queues and with all the chaos contained.
Two Party Options
Stay and Play (1–5 years) Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers, the gym will be transformed into a magical world of soft play, interactive stations, and age-appropriate equipment. Think climbing, crawling, and bouncing galore.
Standard Party (3 years and up) Guests start with a musical game and foam-filled fun, followed by free reign of the equipment. It’s an energy-packed adventure for older kids who just want to move, tumble, and laugh.
Whichever you choose, there’s allocated time for party food, drinks, and, of course, cake. (Just don’t forget—you bring the food, we bring the fun.)
What Makes a Wickers Party Special?
Qualified Supervision: Every party is run by a qualified coach and a Wickers Leadership Academy member. Safety and fun are our priorities—in that order.
A Wickers Gift: The birthday child receives a special gift to remember their big day.
Parents Welcome: Feel free to be in the gym to capture those priceless moments, but sorry, the equipment is strictly for the little ones.
Joint Party Option: Sharing the celebration? No problem. We offer joint parties for siblings or friends at a small additional cost.
Party Details
Group Size: Up to 30 children (including the birthday child).
Time Slots:
Saturday: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm or 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Sunday: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm, or 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Setup/Cleanup: Arrive 15 minutes early to set up your food area and decorations, and you’ll have 15 minutes after the party to pack up.
Pricing
Members: £175 (for up to 20 children)
Non-Members: £205 (for up to 20 children)
Additional Children: £2 per child (up to a maximum of 30 children)
Joint Party Option: £5 per additional birthday child
A non-refundable deposit of £85 is required to secure your booking, with the balance due three days before the party.

30 Wickers party invitations included, each with a free trial session for any new members.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable. Cancelling within 48 hours of the party date incurs an additional £30 fee.
