A Gymnastics Adventure Awaits!
At Wickers Gymnastics Club, we promise a birthday celebration like no other. Your child and their friends will have a blast during an exclusive fun-filled play session with exciting games and a plethora of gymnastics activities, all under the supervision of our skilled staff. Afterward, it's time to indulge in some delicious food and cake, making the day even more special. And guess what? The birthday child will receive a special Wickers gift as a token of our appreciation.
Party Details:
We can accommodate parties for up to 30 children, including the birthday child. Your group will have exclusive use of our gym space.
Parents are more than welcome to join in the festivities and cheer on the kids. However, for safety reasons, we request that they refrain from using the gymnastics equipment.
The party cost is for 20 children, with an option to add more children at an additional cost.
Club members can book a party for just £175, while non-club members can enjoy the fun for £205.
If your child wishes to share the celebration with a friend, there will be a small additional charge of £5.00 per birthday child.
An initial non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of £85 secures your booking, with the final payment due three days before the party date.

We have an array of party time slots to choose from:
Saturday: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Sunday: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm, or 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
The Perfect Package
Our parties are expertly supervised by our qualified coaches, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. To make things easy for you, please provide us with a full list of names for party attendees three days prior to your booking date.

Once your payment is confirmed, we'll send you 30 Wickers party invitations to distribute among your child's friends. As a special bonus, these invitations include a FREE trial session for any new members who wish to join the fun at Wickers Gymnastics Club.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the party date, there will be an additional £30 charge.
