Wickers Gymnastics club celebrates its 30th birthday on the same day their first ever gymnast competes in the National Finals.

On the 4th of November 1988 Wickers gymnastics club opens its doors to the public on the 4th of November 2018 Wickers had their first ever gymnast compete in the British Gymnastics National Finals. Amelie Beadle- Gates represented not only herself but the South East and Wickers Gymnastics Club. Amelie finished in 19th place and placed first in the region even with an uncharacteristic fall on the beam. She also placed 8th on the vault and 8th on floor! What a way to celebrate 30 years of gymnastics! Happy Birthday Wickers!
