Drop-in adult yoga classes on Thursday morning, 11:30-12:15.

Upstairs in the Studio.

£7.00 per session.

This 45 minute class will focus on Sun salutations and work through different asanas (poses) from the Ashtanga Primary Series. It will build strength and flexibility whilst calming the mind. The perfect introduction to yoga or way to build on your own practice. Suitable for beginners and intermediates alike. 

Participants do not need to bring a mat.
